The first stage was “Fountains of Rome” signifying the beginning of Western World Civilization. A large (5x7 feet) painting of the famous “Fontana di Trevi” (which is also on the cover page of official Pageant of the Masters web site) was accompanied by several other paintings and drawings of related subjects.

The second stage was “California Missions” signifying the beginning of modern civilization in California,
another large (5x7 feet) painting of
San Juan Capistrano Mission along
with a whole series of
California Missions drawings
and paintings. (Last year I visited every single one of the original 21 Missions and I was really happy to do sketches and renderings). |
My last exhibiting stage was showing my specialization – portraiture and beside another large composition echoing
Classic Academic studies, I had several other paintings and drawings with figurative subjects. In the same time, many visitors signed-up for my portrait workshop which actually kept me busy for the whole month of October.
